ORDER PROCESS FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

We do our best to ship out orders the following business day after purchase has processed with overnight delivery for non-rural orders (excluding orders made Friday, weekends and public holidays). Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping confirmation, if you don't receive this email please check your junk mail before getting in touch. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

All orders received daily by 5PM will be processed & fulfilled on the day of ordering and shipped that day or the next business day.

All orders received after 5PM wont be processed & fulfilled until the next day working day.  

Be aware in some cases, problems in shipment and arrival time can occur that is out of our control when your order is in the hands of the couriers. If this is the case and/or you haven't received your order after 7 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact Courier Post directly. Provide your tracking number and/or contact us at contact@beautyglowupnz.co.nz and we’ll do our best to help.

Please ensure that your delivery address you have provided is accurate, as this can be difficult for us to amend once your order has been dispatched. 

If your parcel is returned to us, we will need to charge you shipping cost to send it again. 

 

DISCLAIMER

The purchaser understands and accepts any claims for stolen, damaged and/or lost items will be filed with the shipping provider. 

The purchaser accepts they have provided the correct shipping details which cannot hold BEAUTY GLOW UP NZ accountable for any parcels, lost, stolen or damaged. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing & shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If your order is sent back to us due to non collection or incorrect delivery information you are required to pay the amount for us to re send it. If you decide to not have the products shipped back out we cannot offer you a refund.
